Mission Statement

The mission of this project is to preserve the memories of our forefathers
through John's Little House to tell the greater Hostetler family's faith story
and to preserve the cultural and spiritual history of the Hostetler family.

Goals

It shall be the goal of this project to pursue a plan to organize, plan, strategize, and
amass resources to reconstruct John's Little House at Penn Alps. Proposed reconstruction
to be representative of the original Little House and to be complete by end of 2001 to
commemorate the 201st year of the life of this house.

It shall be the goal of this project to commemorate in physical form the cultural and
spiritual history of Jacob Hochstetler and his descendants.
